I.) Return requests must be made within 1-3 days upon product delivery.

II.) Return requests must be sent via mail to contact@africannaturalstore.com with at least 2 images showing current condition of the product(s), and the preferred replacement mode (Cash or Product replacement).

III.) African Natural Store would verify return requests and approve or disapprove requests.

IV.) If verified and the product is intact, correct, not expired, and not damaged but the buyer chooses to return due to a change of mind, the buyer would bear the return shipping cost and schedule of item delivery to the address which will be communicated via email and shipped 1-3 days after approval.

V.) If verified and the product falls within these categories: wrong product, Damaged upon arrival, broken seal, Expired same month of delivery, ANS will bear the return shipping cost, and pick-up information will be communicated to the buyer via email.

VI.) All approved for return product(s) must be placed in their original packaging and boxes, sealed, unbroken (by buyer), and shipped according to designated shipping criteria
