African Natural Pre-Order Service allows you to request items not currently available on AfricanNatural.com. You may request products from any category and in any quantity, as long as the items meet our approved product guidelines.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A PRE-ORDER

·       Product name(s) and description

·       Quantity

·       U.S. delivery address

2. Once your request is submitted, a response will be sent within 24hours containing:

·       Product availability confirmation

·       Invoice with item prices

·       Shipping cost to the address provided

·       Payment details

Packed Foods:
Flours, processed grains, cooking oils, dried vegetables, spices & seasonings, dried seafoods, packaged snacks, canned products.

Beauty:
Haircare, skincare, body care, makeup, beauty tools.

Fashion & Accessories:
Handmade jewelry, accessories, backpacks, caps, lifestyle items.

African Natural Branded Products:
All items under the African Natural branded collection.

 

PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items cannot be pre-ordered under any circumstance:

·        Contrabands or restricted items

·        Bespoke/custom-made clothing

·        Popular designer brands or luxury replicas

·        Raw crops, fresh produce, live plants

·        Unprocessed grains and seeds

·        Counterfeit or imitation products

·        Items restricted by U.S. or Nigerian customs

 

HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

1. Make payment to the account provided in your invoice.
2. After payment is confirmed, you will receive a Payment Confirmation Email which includes:

·       Order invoice

·       Processing timeline

·       Shipment tracking information

3. Your order will be delivered to your U.S. doorstep within 2 business days after payment

 

PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Product Condition & Authenticity

• All items are sourced directly from verified manufacturers or authorized distributors.
• Products will be shipped in their original condition, sealed and intact.
• All food items will carry NAFDAC certification as required by Nigerian law.

Returns or Exchanges

• Pre-ordered items cannot be cancelled, refunded, returned or exchanged once payment is made.

 Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping rates are calculated based on product weight, quantity and delivery country.
• All orders are Doorstep Delivery Only. Pickup or warehouse collection is not available.
• Delivery timelines provided may vary slightly based on courier operations.

Order Processing Time

• Processing begins after payment confirmation.
• If any item becomes unavailable after payment, you will receive an immediate update and an alternative option or refund for that item.

Duties, Fees & Customs

• These are already factored into the shipping cost .

Risk of Loss

• Once the package is delivered to the shipping address provided, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.
• Please ensure your delivery address is accurate to avoid delays or lost packages.

Communication

• All updates including confirmation, processing and tracking will be sent via email only.
